Reflections on Art and Life
I am reinventing the wheel again, that is, I am reexamining the ergonomics of my music studio setup. The three main elements always are the MIDI keyboard, the computer keyboard, and the pen tablet. I want to have all three right in front of me. Not quite possible, especially since I draw on a Cintiq tablet at a 45-degree angle. Maybe once I have a built-in tray for the MIDI keyboard underneath the tabletop, the rest should fall into place. I am glad to see the composers before me had a similar challenge. Where would Liszt place the computer keyboard in his setup?
