Reflections on Art and Life

At the Airport

Those who arrive
Smile guardedly
Not seeing yet
Yet being seen

Those who depart
Cry guiltily
Not missing yet
Yet being missed

But we are playing
In the maze of floors
Dipping our fingers
In laughter and tears
Without luggage
We keep raising
Our own suspicions
Elevators elevate
Escalators escalate

Departing
While arriving

Very aptly stated. Tears, smiles while happy and sad. The airport has it all. 🙂
