Almighty God
Breath of Life
Receive this timid sigh
Of unorthodox authorship
As I seem to have lost
My leather-bound prayer book
On the way through
A mirrored corridor
Of a revolving kaleidoscope
All-Seeing
Omniscient One
What is shuffling inside
But myriads of patterns
Of motives off-centered
Ends untied
Thoughts uncombed
Words unrefined
Nothing in my hands I bring
But this awkward litany
Of promises unkept
Fears unshed
Debts unpaid
Tears withheld
Doubts festering
Noise cluttering
Treasures pawned
Truths disowned
Father of mercy
Just as I am
Without one plea
Naked and witless
Scrambled and weak
I am freefalling
Without plan B
Catch me at last
Make a mosaic
From broken glass
